Wayne is a Certified Retirement Planning
Specialist with 35 years of financial planning
and money management experience. He
graduated from Cornell in 1967 with a BS in
small business management and went on to
the University of Western Ontario where he
earned an MBA in 1969, specializing in market
research and corporate finance. Since that
time Wayne has been president of several
investment companies involved in money
management, real estate development, venture
capital investment, insurance agency
management, hotel development, air courier
operations, aviation management, equipment
leasing, restaurant development and
management, and advanced financial planning.
As Chairman and CEO of Incentive Capital and
affiliated companies, Wayne is a hands-on
manager. Personal skills include portfolio
design, business practice reorganization to
focus on IRS code regulations and pension
plan organization and administration. During
1999 Wayne was awarded the distinction of
National Sales Director with Morgan Stanley
Dean Witter where he was a leading financial
advisor. Wayne presents company financial
seminars for high income professionals
assisting them in identifying workable
strategies and policies they may adapt to
reduce otherwise taxable business income by
implementing sophisticated legal financial
planning programs. Wayne also works with
leading Malpractice Insurance providers to
introduce cost control measures to practices
who may not have had access to competitive
quotes. Wayne is also licensed to represent
20 or more insurance company providers who
are product and implementation administrators
for plans undertaken by clients. For the past
three years Wayne has provided consulting
services to clients with Scottrade Investment
accounts using selective mid-cap value
strategies to maximize returns at low risk.
Residing in East Cobb, Marietta, Ga. Wayne
has three grown daughters and has been
married to his wife Janice for 40 years. He's
active in First Presbyterian Church of Marietta
and regularly supports Men's Small Groups
and the Fifties Forever group. He is also a Vice
President of the Marietta Optimists Club and
provides public speaking support to other clubs
in the Atlanta area on financial and investment
management topics. Wayne is also an active
member of the Chi Phi Alumni Club of Atlanta.
In his free time, Wayne is an active golf
enthusiast and a close follower of NHL
Hockey.
